Ad Age works with Buck Consultants, which has nearly a century of experience in employee and human-resource consulting, to conduct employer and employee surveys which identify the companies with the best benefits and the most-engaged employees. Companies that wish to be considered must have at least 40 full-time employees based in the U.S.
